Job Description Indiantown High School is seeking a dependable and service-oriented maintenance professional to help maintain safe, clean, and fully functional campus facilities. This role plays an important part in supporting the daily learning environment by ensuring classrooms, offices, and campus spaces are properly maintained and ready for students, faculty, and staff.

The successful candidate will perform a variety of routine maintenance, repair, and custodial duties across multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance. This position also assists with classroom and event setup, monitors facility safety concerns, and helps ensure campus buildings remain secure and operational.

* Demonstrated experience and/or training in the trade skills of carpentry, concrete, plumbing, electrical, and painting;
* Knowledge of the proper and safe use of power tools and equipment used in various trades;
* Knowledge and experience in custodial duties such as floor and carpet care including machinery used;
* Knowledge and understanding of biomedical waste and supplies and the proper storage and disposal;
* Knowledge of safety hazards of buildings and grounds which include maintaining hazardous chemical lists;
* Knowledge and experience in inspections, warranties and service contracts;
