House Cleaner

Housekeeping helps families and individuals who don’t have time or ability to clean their own homes. With a career in house cleaning, you will bring them joy and relief, and reward yourself in the process.

The pay range for this job is $14.00 to $20.00 per hour with the ability to make up to $650.00 per week, paid weekly. If you have a valid driver’s license and can drive a company car, earn even more.

The pay range for this job is $14.00 to $20.00 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as a professional house cleaner.

• Paid time off (PTO) after one year of service.

• Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards – Follow our process and you’ll delight every customer. You may also earn tips.
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner – Make customers feel cared for and win their trust.

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely – The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team, and for safe driver bonuses.
• Maintain equipment – The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check (7 year nationwide).
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 6pm.
• Must be able to communicate with clients.
• Valid driver’s license with a 3 year clean driving record.
