Maintenance Technician

Olen Living is seeking a skilled and motivated, full-time Maintenance Technician for our multifamily apartment community in Juno Beach, FL:
Villas of Juno.

• Perform apartment maintenance tasks, including maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing or replacing items such as plumbing, electrical, appliances, and air conditioning.
• Assist with the preparation of vacant apartments for occupancy and helping with apartment turnover in general.
• Participate in community maintenance duties, including building maintenance, preventative maintenance, service request completion, groundskeeping, and other tasks as assigned.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one to two years of related maintenance experience and/or training.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping people.
• Ability to communicate effectively and in a positive manner with residents, vendors, and co‑workers.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Capable of frequently lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds, occasionally moving or maneuvering up to 100 pounds.
• Reliable transportation to and from work; for Florida applicants, a valid driver’s license is required.
• Must provide and use their own hand tools to perform duties unless otherwise specified by the property.
• Effective problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Team‑player attitude.
• Able to respond to emergency calls after scheduled work hours, weekends, and holidays when needed.

$19.00 – $21.00 per hour, flexible. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a few factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
