The Hydraulic Tester shall perform functional testing of hydraulic aircraft aero‑structure components such as hydraulic actuators, pumps, servo control actuators, hydraulic fuses, and anti‑skids. They shall also perform routine, non‑routine, and preventative maintenance on all test equipment according to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Silver Wings Aerospace standards.

Candidate must have MRO aerospace experience.

• Perform work assignments as determined by shop management.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with approved technical data, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Use appropriate testing techniques and calibrated equipment for the unit/part being serviced.
• Utilize proper test equipment or suitable alternative and perform preventive maintenance as needed.
• Record information and accomplish work assignments in compliance with the Inspection Procedures Manual and Quality Policies and Procedures.
• Assist Department Manager and Engineers with new capability development of repairs received; maintain open two‑way communication with Manager and teammates, appropriately sharing both good and bad news.
• Provide units in a timely manner to meet company OTD deadlines.
• Maintain personal and shop calibrated tools in satisfactory operational condition.
• Comply with all safety directives and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and drawings.
• Be responsible for maintaining test stand logs and maintenance of the stands.

• Capable of using standard tools including screwdrivers, wrenches, ratchets and sockets, torque drivers and wrenches, multimeters, soldering irons, micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, flow meters, psi gauges, temperature measurement, safety wire pliers, or any other tool required for particular maintenance functions.
• Experience in aircraft manufacturing, installation, and repair/overhaul of aircraft components; familiar with aircraft specifications as applied to final and in‑process inspections.
• Working knowledge of Federal Aircraft Regulations (FAR).
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, Standard Repair Manuals (SRM), and component maintenance manuals (CMM).
• Work overtime as required by production requirements.

• Must read and write the English language.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot required.
• Flexibility to work beyond 40 hours per week as required.
• Represent strong familiarity with MRO production processes.
