This isn’t a back-of-the-garage role. You’ll be working at the heart of a growing race program—preparing karts, supporting live race events, and helping deliver competitive performance on track. From day one, you’ll take on real responsibility and play an important role within the team, with exciting opportunities to grow and develop as the programme continues to expand.

• Maintain and prepare a fleet of electric race karts
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues under race conditions
• Support kart operations at live events across different locations
• Assist with event logistics and equipment setup
• Ensure karts are race‑ready to a high standard at all times

• At least 1 year of mechanical experience (karts, cars, motorbikes, or similar)
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• A genuine passion for motor sport
