About FAT Karting League:
FAT Karting League is a high-performance motor sport business built around competition, precision, and experience. We deliver organised racing environments where attention to detail, consistency, and teamwork are critical to success - on and off the track.
As a growing organisation, we’re building more than just a karting league. With plans to expand into other areas of motor sport, we’re creating opportunities for people who want to grow with the business and develop their careers as we scale. We’re looking for driven individuals who thrive in fast-paced, energetic settings, take pride in high standards, and are motivated by responsibility, progression, and being part of something that’s moving forward.
RoleSummary
This isn’t a back-of-the-garage role. You’ll be working at the heart of a growing race program—preparing karts, supporting live race events, and helping deliver competitive performance on track. If you’re looking to build a long-term career in motor sport, this is an opportunity to get hands‑on experience across all aspects of race operations, not just a narrow role in a large team.
Join a fast‑growing motor sport startup where you’ll work both in the workshop and trackside at race events, gaining hands‑on exposure to race preparation, operations, and high‑performance environments. From day one, you’ll take on real responsibility and play an important role within the team, with exciting opportunities to grow and develop as the programme continues to expand.

- At least 1 year of mechanical experience (karts, cars, motorbikes, or similar)
- Ability to work in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- A genuine passion for motor sport
Don’t tick every box? If you’ve got solid mechanical skills and the drive to build a career in motor sport, we still want to hear from you.
