Are you ready to help shape a member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression? We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go.

Maintaining a positive attitude will ensure customers have a great experience from start to finish.

• Maintain safety and clean environment by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, hazardous material handling, steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
• Cleans all areas of the Facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Company procedures, guidelines, and chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash per Company Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintain appropriate levels of Company‑approved chemicals and supplies; rotate and store properly; place orders to replenish supplies when low.

Hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00*

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
