Janitor, Maintenance​/Cleaning, Cleaning Services

As a Janitor at our Scare Park, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the park's cleanliness and safety standards are upheld. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a clean and well‑kept environment for our guests and staff, contributing to an enjoyable and memorable experience at our scare park. You will be an essential part of the team, working behind the scenes to keep the park running smoothly and efficiently.

• Cleaning and Sanitization:
  Perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all areas within the scare park, including restrooms, walkways, dining areas, waiting lines, attractions, and employee spaces. Ensure the park is presentable and welcoming for guests.
• Trash Removal:
  Regularly collect and dispose of waste and trash throughout the park, ensuring that trash bins are emptied, and waste is properly separated and disposed of according to park guidelines.
• Restroom Maintenance:
  Keep restrooms clean and well‑stocked with supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. Monitor and address any maintenance issues promptly to ensure a pleasant experience for visitors.
• Floor and Surface Care:
  Sweep and mop floors regularly to maintain a clean walking surface. Remove spills and stains promptly to prevent accidents and maintain a safe environment.
• Safety Awareness:
  Be vigilant about identifying and reporting any safety hazards or concerns to the appropriate personnel. This includes notifying the maintenance team of any issues that require immediate attention.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with other park staff to ensure seamless coordination and teamwork, particularly during busy periods or special events.
• Adherence to Policies:
  Abide by all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and regulations.

• Prior experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness and sanitation.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.
• Strong communication skills to interact with park visitors and team members effectively.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by the park's operating hours.
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.

From September 24 through November 1, Scream-A-Geddon operates continuously on scheduled event nights, making full availability during this period highly preferred.
