An Amenity Center Day Porter is responsible for cleaning and light maintenance of outdoor recreation facilities located between Odessa and Wesley Chapel. The position requires reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and auto insurance. The role is early‑morning, part‑time, with a start time of 7:00 a.m. and shift lengths of 3–6 hours. Workdays are Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, totaling approximately 20 hours per week.

Drive time and mileage are reimbursed.

The Commercial Cleaning Technician ensures the cleanliness, tidiness, and overall maintenance of facilities for Office Pride. This role upholds high standards of cleanliness in offices, medical facilities, schools, day cares, churches, banks, and other commercial settings. A proactive, detail‑oriented approach is essential.

• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, ensuring supplies are stocked and well‑maintained.
• Handle waste disposal and recycling activities responsibly.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, and public spaces.
• Track cleaning supplies and equipment inventory and notify the supervisor when replenishment is needed.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.

• Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred but not required; a positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitation techniques and safe use of equipment and chemicals.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Physical capability to lift, move heavy objects, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills.
• Own reliable transportation.

• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday, starting around 6:00 PM for a total of 10–12 hours per week.
• Pay rate: $14.00 per hour.
• Paid weekly.
• Location:
  
  Tampa Bay Area.
• Additional hours are available.

$15.00 per hour. Drive time and mileage reimbursed.
