Location: Windermere
KW Property Management is hiring a maintenance associate in Windermere, FL to perform janitorial and groundskeeping duties across the property. You will sweep, scrub, wash, wax floors, manage common areas, and ensure a clean, safe environment for residents and guests.
This is a full-time, 32-hour work week position with a morning schedule. Responsibilities include operating cleaning equipment, reporting damages, completing forms, and coordinating with the Building Maintenance Department.
