KW Property Management & Consulting in Windermere, FL is seeking a dedicated full-time Maintenance/Facilities Technician to perform cleaning and general maintenance across our properties. This 32-hour work week runs 7:00am–4:00pm with a one-hour lunch break, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Position requires physical stamina, ability to work outdoors, and operation of cleaning equipment. You will report to the department supervisor and help maintain safe, clean environments for residents
