Maintenance Agent for Public Buildings and Equipment

Maintenance agent for public buildings and equipment. Ensure general maintenance of public equipment and communal buildings, ensure technical and safety follow-up of public equipment and communal buildings, participate in the organization of the Municipal Technical Center (equipment, store, deliveries), assist with the logistics of communal events and activities. General Objectives/Missions In the framework of a local public service, the maintenance agent for public buildings and equipment of the Technical Services, carries out missions related to maintenance programs, maintenance, and in-house work (communal built heritage, green spaces, public spaces, forest…), participates in the organization of the Municipal Technical Center (equipment, store, deliveries), and occasionally assists with the logistics of communal events and activities.

Upon request of the Manager of the Municipal Technical Center, it carries out operational missions of all activities of the Municipal Technical Center related to public equipment and buildings of the Municipality.

Specific knowledge of second work trades in construction Ability to follow instructions and respect safety rules Ability to work in a team Capacity to report to the hierarchy Ability to identify potential dangers on a construction site Ability to use a wide variety of mechanical tools and machinery Driver's license B required (C; D; EC; ED optional, and CACES optional) Wearing of safety clothing and shoes is mandatory
