Public Area Cleaner- PM Shift

• Base Pay $18.00 / Hour
• Employee Type Full-Time Non-Exempt

Cleans public areas and meetings spaces and/or other assigned areas in a timely and organized manner to ensure guest satisfaction per BMC company standards.

• Provides cleaning services to office areas, public areas and restrooms by mopping, vacuuming, window cleaning and dusting
• Validates toilet paper, soap and paper towel are stocked in restrooms
• Ensures towel and waste baskets are emptied regularly
• Responds to and follow through on guest requests, concerns and problems
• Reports all safety hazards or concerns timely
• Ensures that meeting rooms are cleaned per company standard
• Communicates daily by utilizing provided radios
• Performs all other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 1 year housekeeping experience preferred

To perform the essential job functions in this position it may require rigorous activity; grasping, writing, pushing, pulling, standing for long periods, walking, bending, stretching, repetitive motions, hearing, visual acuity, and may on occasion have to lift and carry up to 30/40 pounds. Must be able to walk up and down stairs while carrying heavy items.
