Travel + Leisure - - Responsibilities:
Perform general facility maintenance under supervision including painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry;
Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed;
Repair fixtures such as doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry;
Clean and maintain exterior landscape and keep common areas tidy;
Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor
