New-College-of-Florid is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a team of 6-7 employees and coordinate all campus maintenance activities. The role includes planning, scheduling, and assigning work while ensuring timely problem resolution and adherence to safety standards.
You will administer the computerized work order and preventive maintenance systems, manage inventory, and liaise with suppliers and contractors for minor projects. A Florida driver’s license is required.
