Range Water is hiring an on-site Maintenance Technician in Sarasota, FL. You will perform mechanical and building maintenance to uphold safety, cleanliness, and operational standards across the property.
The role requires 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications, and proficiency with Entrata, Yardi or One Site. You will work 40 hours weekly with some weekend shifts.
