First Service Residential in Florida is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and janitorial services across all property-owned/leased buildings. You will handle carpentry and plumbing repairs, drywall fixes, window and door cleaning, and participate in renovation projects to keep properties in top condition.
You’ll work with a team or alone, communicate effectively with residents, and help with playground equipment inspection, floor care, and general cleaning.
