Equity Lifestyle Properties - - Responsibilities:
Perform HVAC repairs and adjustments, plumbing, light carpentry/construction, appliance repair, and groundskeeping as part of maintenance duties.;
Work with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the community meets quality maintenance standards.;
Attend morning staff meetings to communicate daily vendor appointments and required work.;
Maintain grounds and common areas and keep them free from trash and debris.;
Report maintenance concerns to management and perform repairs; move heavy objects and may drive maintenance trucks.
