Picht & Sons is seeking a Property Maintenance Coordinator to keep repair work moving across our managed properties. You will act as the bridge between tenants, property managers, maintenance technicians, and outside vendors, ensuring information is accurate and issues are prioritized.
From receiving requests to scheduling, following up on open work orders, and coordinating preventive maintenance, you will play a hands-on role in keeping properties ready for occupancy.
