- Perform various building maintenance repairs, upgrades and service items.
- Complete light grounds work including trash disposal and curb sweeping.
- Ensure safety compliance and maintain a courteous manner during all guest interaction.
- Must be able to lift up to 100lbs occasionally; 50 pounds frequently.
- Must have full range of motion in arms, hands, fingers and legs to stoop, crawl, walk, bend, push, pull, reach and lift as required.
- Must read, write and speak English.
- Prior general electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and painting experience is required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
