Responsibilities

• Comprehensive daily/weekly checklists
• Use a work order system
• Maintenance of tools and supplies
• Keep maintenance areas clean and organized

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial painting experience
• 2–5 years of maintenance experience (preferred school or commercial)
• Valid driver's license
• Background check/fingerprinting (required for schools)
