Auto Pro Car Care is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with customers, you'll thrive in our quality-focused environment. With a manageable daily vehicle count, modern technology, and no weekend hours, you'll have the time and support to provide an outstanding service experience.

• Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming service experience.
• Create and manage repair orders while accurately documenting customer concerns.
• Build estimates and clearly explain maintenance and repair recommendations.
• Coordinate repair work with technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process with timely updates.
• Schedule appointments and help manage daily shop workflow.
• Deliver exceptional customer service from vehicle check-in through pickup.

• 3-4 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience required.
• Previous automotive industry experience required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to build trust and confidently present repair recommendations.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using Tekmetric shop management software is a plus.
