The Forklift Driverisresponsibleforcarryingoutoperationsforthemarina .The Forklift Driver’sprimaryresponsibilityisthe customer andtheirvessels.

Every taskat the marinafromcarefullyhandingthe customers boats,tocommunicatingeffectively with the employee working the docks. The Forklift Driver projects a professional company image through all types of interactions.

As this is a fast-paced environment, must be able to work under pressure.

• Unload materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stack them to assigned places
• Inspectmachinerytodeterminetheneed forrepairsandguaranteesafety by performing regular maintenance
• Comply with companypoliciesand legal guidelines
• Maintainsawarenessofsafety issuesand reportsthemimmediatelyto supervisor

• Priorforkliftexperience-Marinaexperiencepreferable.
• Musthavehighlyeffectivecommunicationskillsandtimemanagementskills.
• Excellentattentiontodetail.

• Mustbeabletoindependently lift,carry, push,andpulluptothirty(30) pounds
• Mustbeable toswimorbewilling towearapersonal flotationdeviceininstancesof emergency
• Mustbeabletoperformsimplegrasping,fine manipulation,andrepetitivehand&armmovementsfrequently,and squeezing & overhead reaching occasionally
• Must be able to work flexible hours based on the needs of the property to include weekends and holidays as needed.
