Groundskeeper

Stoa Group is a full-time groundskeeper to join our team in Flowood, MS. Our Groundskeeper is an essential team member that maintains the apartment community's overall curb appeal/appearance. • Daily property walks to maintain a well‑kept and manicured curb appeal
• Work independently as you pick up trash on the property and in common areas, including driveways, parking lots, curbs, trash receptacle areas, exterior hallways, breezeways, mailrooms, and other public areas.
• Assist with light cleaning and repairs prior to new resident move‑ins and model units.
• Update the Service Manager with work status and communicate any potential liabilities.
• Ensure adequate inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Notify supervisor when supplies are needed. Assist office staff, as needed, with posting notices on resident doors.
• Ensure that policies and procedures, as well as safety and compliance expectations, are met.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays.

• Excellent attention to detail
• Previous grounds, general cleaning, janitorial and labor experience preferred
• Attention to detail and commitment to our customers. Our residents will take notice and appreciate your detail on a daily basis.
• Customer service oriented
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Strong ability to work independently and with a team
• Strong adherence to ethical standards, including but not limited to the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am‑5:00 pm.
