The Janitor role at Bailey Executive is a part-time, on-site position located in Flowood, MS. Day-to-day responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, and general cleaning of restrooms, offices, and common areas. The Janitor will also help maintain floors through stripping, waxing, buffing, and other floor care tasks as needed, and ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly used and stored.

This role involves following safety and sanitation procedures, reporting maintenance issues, and supporting event cleanups before and after scheduled activities. The Janitor will interact with clients and team members in a professional manner and contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

• Experience in janitorial services and housekeeping, with the ability to perform routine and detailed cleaning tasks.
• Strong customer service skills to interact courteously and professionally with clients and coworkers.
• Ability to follow training, instructions, and safety guidelines for cleaning chemicals, equipment, and procedures.
• Comfortable supporting basic sales-related activities, such as presenting services professionally when interacting with clients.
• Reliable work habits, punctuality, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry cleaning equipment and supplies as required.
• Previous experience in commercial or facility cleaning is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; willingness to complete company-provided training is required.
