Provide daily direction and oversight to custodial and groundskeeping staff to ensure assignments are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.;
Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to ensure cleaning and landscaping standards are consistently met.;
Train new employees on cleaning procedures, groundskeeping techniques, chemical safety, equipment usage, and company policies.;
Monitor supply inventory and ensure cleaning and grounds materials are stored securely and available as needed.
