DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the resort, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general handyman tasks
• Maintain RV sites, utilities, and hookups to ensure they are safe and fully operational
• Inspect and maintain resort amenities, including the clubhouse, pool area, bathhouses, laundry facilities, pickleball courts, playground, and common areas
• Complete work orders promptly and professionally
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and recommend repairs or replacements when necessary
• Maintain landscaped areas by assisting with mowing, trimming, irrigation, and general groundskeeping
• Ensure roads, sidewalks, and common areas remain clean and free of hazards
• Assist with emergency maintenance situations as needed
• Operate maintenance equipment and tools safely and responsibly
• Maintain accurate records of completed work orders and preventative maintenance
• Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies
• Provide friendly, professional service while interacting with guests and residents

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in general maintenance, facilities maintenance, RV resort, hotel, campground, or property maintenance preferred
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and an on-call schedule as needed
• Pool maintenance certification (preferred but not required)
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and landscape maintenance
• Equipment operation experience (mowers, utility vehicles, power tools)
