* ** As a Paint Technician I, you will join a dynamic team of the company's winning culture by supporting the Mercury Marine values of:
Integrity, Customer Centricity, Product & Service Leadership, Sustainability, and Employee Engagement through the production of high quality inboard and outboard marine engines.*

* Essential Functions:

+ Perform operations to prepare parts for painting such as sorting, sanding, masking, and hanging.

+ Sort parts subsequent to paint and perform salvage-type operations such as sanding and finesse.

+ Perform inspection common to the classification at required intervals.

+  _Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and 5S standards._

+  _Quality and quantity of products with the completion of all tasks._

+  _Responsible for equipment, including tools and the product._

+  _Adhere to company policies and procedures._

The hiring rate for this position is $26.26, hourly.
