Pay Range & Growth Opportunity

Starting hourly rate: $26.17

Pay Premiums:

$3.00 per hour for night shift hours (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

$2.25 per hour for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday)

Job Summary

As a Maintenance I Associate, you'll play an important role in supporting the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our facility by performing general maintenance, preventative maintenance, and equipment repairs. This hands-on position is ideal for individuals who enjoy troubleshooting, working with a variety of tools and equipment, and contributing to a team-focused environment that keeps production running smoothly.

In this role, you'll perform routine facility and equipment maintenance. You'll also support preventative maintenance activities by inspecting, lubricating, adjusting, and replacing components to help maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Additional responsibilities include documenting maintenance activities, managing replacement part requests, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

What You Need to Be Considered for the Role

High School Diploma or GED required

Six (6) months of mechanical, electrical, maintenance, or related technical experience

Mechanical aptitude with the ability to safely use tools, troubleshoot issues, and perform basic equipment repairs

Willingness and ability to develop advanced mechanical and electrical maintenance skills through on-the-job training

Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and mathematical skills

Basic computer proficiency, including experience using Microsoft Office applications

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

Previous maintenance experience in dairy processing, food manufacturing, or a regulated production environment

Associate degree in a related field

Experience with stainless steel welding, fabrication, or metalworking practices

Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)

Physical Demands and Work Conditions:

This role requires the ability to regularly lift and move materials, as well as frequent standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion. The work environment includes exposure to production equipment, refrigerated conditions, and a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Employees are expected to follow all safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

High School Diploma or better in Industrial Maintenance.

Preferred:
Associates Degree or better in Industrial Maintenance.
