$5000 Hiring Bonus available after 120 days employed. We are a family-owned scrap recycling company seeking an experienced Second Shift Lead Maintenance Mechanic to oversee equipment maintenance and support operations during second shift. This role is hands‑on and ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and keeping a fast-paced operation running smoothly.
