Perform routine maintenance and respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime;
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam systems;
Safely operate and monitor the facility boiler, ensuring steam pressure remains above 180 PSI;
Accurately complete maintenance records and keep supervisors informed of equipment issues and progress;
Work effectively with team members, vendors, and subcontractors to meet maintenance goals
