Facilities Maintenance Technician
$20-$22/hour | Temp-to-Hire | 2 Shifts Available! Sunday – Wednesday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM OR 11:00 AM- 7:30PM Monday-Friday
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks throughout the facility under the direction of the Maintenance Manager.
- Perform repairs and maintenance in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, woodworking, welding, drywall, and painting
- Pull and manage work orders through the CMMS system
- Report damages and items needing repair to leadership
- Maintain a safe work environment at all times
Experience in commercial facilities maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, woodworking, welding (preferred) and painting
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Experience with or ability to learn a CMMS work order system
Strong attention to safety and detail
