Duraco Specialty Materials is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer who thrives on the shop floor, working on roll-to-roll converting, unwind/rewind, web tension, and material flow to improve uptime, yield, and process repeatability.
This hands-on role uses AutoCAD and Excel to improve layouts and documentation, with CAD/3D printing skills welcomed. A Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree is a plus; experience in converting, coating, laminating, and slitting is valued.
