Athletic Winter Trainer
Provide athletic trainer coverage for high school athletic programs. Practice within the parameters of the Illinois Athletic Trainers Licensing Law and follow the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics as set forth by the National Athletic Trainers Association. Duties include establishing an effective athletic training program, providing first aid and injury treatment, coordinating athletic physicals, maintaining communication with team physicians, assisting coaching staff, maintaining the athletic training room, filing reports, overseeing supplies, and creating a safe playing environment.
