Universal Health Services - - Responsibilities:
Maintain high standards in the preparation of quality hot and cold foods following established recipes;
Assist with special event catering functions as assigned by the Dietary Director;
Maintain Service Excellence in all special functions hosted by the Riveredge Dietary Department;
Ensure proper storage, labeling and ordering of all items;
Participate in daily food production as needed
