• Lead, coach, and support operators in a union (collective bargaining) environment
• Oversee daily production—assign work, manage schedules, and ensure quality, safety, and output goals are met
• Drive accountability and continuous improvement across the team, focusing on efficiency, quality, and waste reduction

• Strong manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in a coating and converting environment
• Experience in a union workplace environment
• Experience using an ERP system (Infor CSI) with a focus on production scheduling and coordination
• Comfortable working on the floor, communicating clearly, building trust through consistency and respect

Salary range: $65,000–$85,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
