Verstela - - Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, repair, and replace malfunctioning mechanical and electrical components including motors, sensors, switches, gears, sprockets, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems;
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production and packaging equipment to maximize uptime and efficiency;
Install and adjust change parts on production machinery when switching between product sizes, shapes, or formats;
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and ladder logic to diagnose problems and identify the correct parts and procedures;
Communicate equipment status to supervisors and incoming shift mechanics through maintenance records and direct handoff
