Want to make an impact?The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining organization of the Maintenance Department through effective supervision of personnel. The Maintenance Supervisor provides leadership, direction, and education to the crafts, programs, and policies and procedures. The position is responsible for enforcing company, plant, and department policies, enforcing safety and sanitation hygiene rules, providing education and cross‑training resources, supervising administration for departmental personnel, and other managerial tasks as needed.

- Uphold all safety and sanitation procedures of the plant
- Educate employees on craft‑specifics, providing training as needed
- Manage all administrative details for personnel including time off requests, paperwork, training, supplies, and more
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with maintenance management systems such as SAP and Maximo
- Excellent interpersonal skills including coaching and mentoring
- 3-5 years of proven and successful Industrial Maintenance Management experience required
- Bachelor Degree preferred, HS Diploma or GED and a 2 year Associate’s Degree in Technical field with related experience required
- Experience leading a team of employees with varying levels of experience
- Comprehensive understanding of plant/manufacturing maintenance and knowledge of manufacturing safety standards and procedures

CompensationThe salary range for this role is $81,225 - $118,300 annually.
