Meat Cutter - Butcher
Location:
Forest Park, IL 60130
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Shift: 1st Shift
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Trimmer to join our team in Forest Park. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, cutting, and processing a variety of meats to meet high-quality standards. You will work with different cuts, ensuring the meats are prepared according to customer specifications, company standards, and food safety regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Packing meat & picking client orders
- Making boxes
- Labeling
- Taping boxes
- Employees must be flexible to work different areas of the line as they rotate
- Lift 25-50lbs
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to work in a 30 degree cold environment
- Safety Equipment: hard hat, smock, gloves all provided on site
- Dress code:
Casual Clothing, nothing open or ripped. No nail polish/fake nails/no jewelry
