• responsible for leading and managing all aspects of maintenance within the facility.
• oversee preventative and predictive maintenance, new installations, equipment repair, etc.
• manage maintenance team providing support and leadership in their everyday work assignments.
• provide training and professional development, helping your team to optimize their personal performance and growth.
• all other relevant duties to the job.

• 8+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• maintenance related degree, technical training or a related certificate preferred.
• 6+ years supervisory experience required.
• excellent leadership skills with ability to provide positive reinforcement.

• utilization of office equipment and/or computers.
• ability to stand and/or walk throughout shift.
• exposure to noise (>85 decibels), co2, and moving production lines.
• exposure to heat (99°f, 37°c) and cold (45°f, 4°c).
• exposure to wet and cold environments.
• lift 25+ lbs. Regularly.
• work around live and/or raw animal odors.
