Greenwood Hospitality Group - - Responsibilities:
Maintain appearance and working order of the hotel and perform preventative maintenance;
Ensure proper operation of hotel equipment and systems including life safety, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool, kitchen, and laundry equipment;
Log maintenance requests and follow up with relevant staff;
Communicate with Assistant General Manager and General Manager on building condition;
Supervise external contractors who may be employed for maintenance work
