EXPERIENCE DEPTH: 1+ Year of Dedicated Industrial Mechanical Maintenance Experience, Specializing in Conveyor Networks and Fluid Power Loops
CORE SKILLSETS:
Practical Proficiency Troubleshooting High-Pressure Hydraulic Lines, Pneumatic Actuators, and Mechanical Drive Systems
FABRICATION FLUENCY:
Basic Structural Welding Capabilities to Independently Execute Machinery Modifications and Bracket Repairs
WORK SCHEDULE:
Stable 2nd Shift Configuration Operating Monday through Friday | Highly Collaborative Team Environment
GOVERNMENT COMPLIANCE:
Must Be a United States Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)
Overtime Compensation:
Time-and-a-half after 8 daily hours and guaranteed double-time on Sundays.
- Execute comprehensive mechanical maintenance, rapid fault-tracing, and emergency breakdown repairs across an array of high-speed processing and packaging equipment.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and rebuild complex conveyor systems, high-speed belts, sortation lines, and mechanical drive assemblies.
- Diagnose and service high-pressure pneumatic systems, pneumatic valves, heavy-duty hydraulic pumps, and fluid power loops safely.
- Utilize welding equipment as needed to modify structural frameworks, repair machine guards, and reinforce production floor components.
- Partner closely with production leadership to maintain an immaculate, fully compliant manufacturing footprint that meets strict sanitation and safety standards.
- Industrial maintenance background featuring a minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience troubleshooting machinery in a fast-paced production environment; hands-on familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors is required.
- Fabrication fundamentals backed by a proven ability to handle basic welding and torch-cutting tasks for machinery repair applications.
- Environment readiness with complete comfort working inside a regulated processing environment and a strict personal commitment to workplace cleanliness, safety protocols, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Professional reliability and a steady, consistent employment history that demonstrates long-term commitment, punctuality, and strong teamwork.
- Local commute and permanent residency established within a comfortable, daily 45-minute driving radius of the Greater Madison, WI area.
