Commercial Cleaning Lead

Hiring today for commercial cleaning lead. Part time with opportunity to become full time. Management/lead experience is required.

We are a trusted family-owned business for over 70 years. We clean for some of Jefferson County's largest and most critical health care providers and businesses. If you've led a team in the cleaning, restaurant or retail environment, we are interested in talking to you!

Leads first must train in our cleaning techniques, and learn the different types of clients we work for. Upon successful training, you will be put in charge of your own accounts, where some you will clean yourself (to keep your hours up) and the rest you will oversee the cleaning staff and cover for their absences or replacement.

Cleaning is done at commercial client businesses, evenings and weekends, and all materials to do the work are located there.
