LR Associates, LLC is a veteran-owned federal government contractor providing facilities management and other services to various government customers. We support our customers with highly skilled personnel and provide customized solutions to accomplish the mission.
We are seeking a Full-Time Porter (1st Shift 7:00AM-3:00PM) to provide cleaning services for our government customer in Ft. Belvoir, VA. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, reliable, a team player and possess a great attitude.
Applicants must be US citizens and possess an active Top-Secret SCI Clearance. Minimum of two years of cleaning experience including six months of floor buffing experience required.
Key Responsibilities- Buffing floors
- Performing cleaning duties including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Emptying trash
- Cleaning the lobby area, hallways, and bathrooms
- Dusting, cleaning doors and glass
- Removing litter
- Refilling all paper products
- Cleaning kitchen/break areas
- Providing professional and friendly customer service to all residents and customers
Must be able to sit, stand, reach, bend, and stoop for extended periods of time; ascend/descend stairs and move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds frequently; may be required to lift up to 30 lbs.
