Position Summary:

This Position requires the following specific technical and professional background:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in facilities maintenance.

Job Responsibilities:

* Evaluate reinforced concrete structures and assess construction materials, layouts, and specialized training doors.
* Interpret engineering drawings and assist engineers with structural assessments.
* Support construction of heavily reinforced concrete walls and confined-space facilities.
* Maintain tunnel safety certification (40 hours) and operate safely in underground confined spaces.
* Fabricate, weld, install, repair, and maintain metal and prefabricated blast doors, locking mechanisms, and related systems.
* Operate and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of training and blast doors. The ideal candidate will possess the following:
* 5+ years of experience
