Pay Rate: $21.50/hr

H&W: $8.92 - $11.73/hr

The Facilities Maintenance Laborer performs tasks requiring physical effort with limited specialized skills, primarily in the Exterior Electric Shop.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist in general maintenance and minor repair tasks
• Clean floors, walls, and ceilings; keep shop areas, walks, driveways, roads, and parking lots tidy
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in trades fields
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license

Must be able to successfully complete a drug/alcohol test and a criminal record check. May be required to obtain and maintain a security clearance, including a thorough background investigation. For positions requiring use of a Company and/or Customer vehicle, must have a safe driving record as defined by Company policy. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
