Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on building systems to ensure safety and reliability;
Use CMMS to manage work orders and document maintenance activities;
Inspect safety equipment and building systems (eyewash/shower, fire extinguishers, lighting, etc.);
Order supplies and manage tool inventory to meet service level agreements;
Support on-site vendors and assist with on-call escalations as needed
