The Scion Group LLC is seeking a Facilities Technician II for our Fort Collins property. This on‑site role focuses on day‑to‑day maintenance, preventive tasks, and turnovers to ensure safe, efficient living spaces for residents.
You will respond to service requests, operate building systems, and coordinate with managers and vendors. A high school diploma plus 3–5 years of experience, HVAC/EPA 608, and a valid driver’s license are required.
