IT Field Support Technician_Fort Collins

Gr8ttek is looking for a regular Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. The Field Specialist will report to the Territory Supervisor and perform a variety of hardware‑focused, break‑fix services and solutions on various client products. Candidates must be able to perform basic and moderately complex troubleshooting and repair activities. The position may require moderately complex analytical skills and decision making based on established department and company guidelines.

• $40 per call / $5 per call per diem
• Free Dell/Lenovo Certifications

• Providing customer break‑fix support for designated equipment
• Communicating clearly in written and verbal form
• Possessing excellent customer service skills
• Accepting and delivering all service calls assigned
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call
• Managing control and return of assets and inventory
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues

• Technical school certification or equivalent and 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to drive yourself to client locations
• Ability to lift and move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance; additional requirements may exist if a job offer is extended
• Must own a basic repair tool kit
