Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Fort Collins to support maintenance operations across our communities. You will perform preventive, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
Responsibilities include responding to resident requests, assisting with turn events, keeping the grounds clean, and maintaining safety and OSHA guidelines while ensuring quality workmanship and timely service.
