Paramark Corp is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Fort Dodge, IA
, as a part-time Janitorial Technician
. This position is very flexible, with 20-25 hours per week and a starting wage of $13 to $16 per hour.

As a Janitorial Technician, you will oversee daily tasks such as:

• Complete cleaning requests or tasks
• Walk the grounds daily to ensure all litter is removed and that the outside of the building and grounds are well-maintained.
• Daily inspection of common areas to ensure a clean, orderly appearance: vacuum, dust, clean surfaces, common bathrooms, kitchen, elevator, windows, doors, etc.
• Communicate regularly with the manager on the progress of work each day.
• Work with the manager to purchase supplies as needed.
• Show respect for all residents at all times.
• Thoroughly clean empty apartments as soon as the Manager communicates the work that needs to be done in a timely manner.
• Required to perform job duties in a safe manner that is compliant with all Paramark and OSHA safety requirements.
